For Bespoke and Made-to-Measure Creations: Given the unique and personalized nature of our bespoke and made-to-measure garments, a complimentary and fully insured delivery service is extended worldwide. This ensures your custom creation arrives with the security and discretion it deserves.
How long will delivery take?
The delivery timeline for your Nasir order is meticulously managed to ensure timely arrival while upholding our standards of excellence.
For Ready-to-Wear Collections: Once your order is placed, ready-to-wear items typically undergo quality inspection and packaging within 1-2 weeks. Domestic delivery within India generally takes an additional 1-2 weeks. For international shipments, please allow 3--4 weks, varying by destination and customs procedures.
For Bespoke and Made-to-Measure Creations: As each bespoke and made-to-measure garment is meticulously handcrafted to your precise specifications, the creation process itself requires 2-3 weeks. Following completion, we generally need an additional 5-6 working days for international delivery. For pieces with intricate embroideries or embellishments, we recommend allowing a total of 4 weeks for the crafting process to ensure perfection. We do offer an expedited service for bespoke orders at an additional charge, which can be discussed via email for urgent requests.

For Ready-to-Wear: Our atelier team commences with a final quality check and prepares your selected garments for dispatch with our signature packaging.
For Bespoke/Made-to-Measure: Our master tailors begin the meticulous process of bringing your unique design to life, adhering to the measurements and specifications provided. You may receive updates on key milestones of your garment’s creation.
Dispatch & Tracking: Once your order is ready for shipment, it will be entrusted to our trusted logistics partners. You will receive a second email notification containing your tracking number and a link to monitor the journey of your package in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.
Luxurious Delivery: Your Nasir creation will arrive in exquisite, protective packaging, reflecting the care and craftsmanship invested in every piece.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, absolutely. A detailed invoice for your order will be electronically sent to your registered email address immediately after your purchase is confirmed. This invoice will serve as your record of the transaction, outlining the items purchased, the total cost, applicable taxes, and any delivery charges. For bespoke orders, the invoice will also detail the bespoke charges and any special arrangements.

For your convenience and to ensure the immediate initiation of your order, payment for your exquisite selection is typically processed and taken from your bank account at the moment your order is successfully placed and confirmed on our online boutique. This allows our atelier to promptly begin preparing your ready-to-wear piece or to dedicate our master tailors to the meticulous creation of your bespoke garment without delay. You will receive an immediate order confirmation email, serving as proof of your successful transaction.

While every Nasir creation undergoes rigorous quality control checks and is meticulously packaged to ensure its pristine arrival, should you unfortunately receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to provide an immediate and gracious resolution.

For Ready-to-Wear Items: We understand that circumstances can change. If you wish to modify or cancel an order for a ready-to-wear item, please contact our Client Services team at nasirbespoke@gmail.com immediately. While we strive to accommodate all requests, changes or cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet entered the shipping preparation phase. Given our expedited dispatch process, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible.
For Bespoke and Made-to-Measure Creations: Due to the deeply personalized nature and the immediate commencement of crafting your unique garment, orders for bespoke and made-to-measure items cannot be cancelled or significantly changed once confirmed. Our master tailors begin work on your custom piece promptly, dedicating resources and precious materials. We encourage a thorough review of your design and measurements before final confirmation to ensure absolute satisfaction. Minor alterations after delivery, if required due to fit discrepancies based on provided measurements, can be discussed with our Client Services team.
