- Returns:
- Generally, no returns: houseofnasir.com typically does not accept returns on any products.
- Exceptions for Damaged/Wrong Orders: If your garment arrives damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong order, you can request a return.
- How to request: Send an email to houseofnasir264@gmail.com with a photograph(s) of the damaged product(s).
- What happens next: Your request will be reviewed. If authorized, you’ll be offered an exchange or a refund.
- Full Refunds: Items that are damaged, defective, or sent in error will be fully refunded.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Cancel within 24 hours: You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.
- Beyond 24 hours: Cancellations requested after 24 hours are generally not entertained, except in very special circumstances (like a National Holiday). Any such late cancellation is solely at the discretion of houseofnasir.com.
- Refunds for Cancellations: If your order is cancelled, the refund will be processed as a credit to your Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
- Alterations:
- Lead Time: If you need alterations, please note there’s a minimum lead time of 12 to 20 days, depending on how extensive the changes are.
- Confirmation: After you request an alteration, houseofnasir.com will take 4 days to confirm it. Your alteration request is only considered confirmed once they officially approve it.
